Nutrition Strategy Call

These one time 60-minute strategy sessions are for you if you’re interested in getting personalized guidance to help you move towards your goals but you’re not ready to commit to monthly coaching.

Before our session, I'll send you a form to fill out with a bunch of questions. Together, we'll talk through your assessment and I'll ask follow up questions to understand your background, goals, challenges and history.
Then, we'll talk strategy about nutrition, training, sleep, stress and lifestyle to help you meet your goals.
You’ll leave the call with a clear action plan accompanied with a calorie & macro guide & a few other resources to get started.

Nutrition Coaching

This is the most personal package and I’ll be there with you each step of the way on your nutrition journey!
12 week minimum package, month to month after.

This package includes:
Message replies during weekdays via the App
Accountability coaching via the App
Creating a personalized roadmap for your goals, macro/calorie coaching, measuring progress via metrics

This is a three month commitment billed monthly or $860 total paid upfront. Payment collected via Venmo or Paypal.
Workout Programming

Strength training & fitness programming comes with a free 15 min consultation chat - then you'll have access to your programming & coach via the app.

We'll have an initial 15 min consult call to better understand your goals & training history.
You'll receive individualized programming through an app that fits your specific goals. You'll also get weekly check ins from me, your coach!

Nutrition & Fitness Coaching

This is the most personal package and I’ll be there with you each step of the way on your nutrition & fitness journey!

This package includes:
1 hour initial assessment call
Weekly workout programming
Weekly check ins on the app
Individualized task & habit building
Chat replies M-F within a couple of hours - access to me, your coach!

No cleanses. No special diets or restrictive meal plans or insane high intensity workouts. Evidence based programs that actually work. No BS.
