How to make fat loss easier
Being hungry SUCKS. And hunger is a normal part of any fat loss journey. The good news is that you don’t have to be miserable to make progress. Here’s how to make weight loss easier:
Prioritize protein - every meal and snack should have a lean source of protein in it. Fish, chicken, lean cuts of beef, egg & egg whites, low fat yogurts & cottage cheeses, protein powder, etc.
Eat vegetables - they are low calorie and dense. They fill you up without adding a ton of calories to your day and are a great option for when you feel like snacking
Drink plenty of water
Do not drop your calories too much - a small calorie deficit (250ish calories to start) will take longer but will be more sustainable long term
